The Mariscos Los Cadena's lonchera was born from a dream and a family recipe book filled with generations of culinary tradition from the Mexican coast. Since 1997 we have served the Commerce community with the same care as day one.
We grew up in a home where everything revolved around food. Sharing our ceviche and seafood recipes with the neighborhood started small — and became our mission: bringing people together through authentic food.
Every morning we prepare everything fresh: the cocteles, the aguachile, the oysters, and our famous Quesa Shrimp. When you taste our dishes, you taste nearly three decades of San Juan de los Lagos tradition.
